RETURN POLICY

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with all tags attached, and with your receipt.

48-HOUR RETURNS:
• Luggage
• Halloween costumes
• Kenneth Cole 2-Piece Kids Suit Sets and similar formalwear
• Christmas PJ Sets
• Holiday Items*

HOLIDAY ITEMS*:
Christmas and Halloween decorations and other seasonal holiday items are 48-hour returns only and cannot be returned after the holiday. Holiday items may be accepted before the holiday on a case-by-case basis.

HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION:
Beginning November 1, eligible Christmas-season purchases may be returned through January 4 for store credit only, unless they otherwise qualify for our regular 30-day return policy. Holiday decorations are excluded.

USED / CHANGED CONDITION:
Returns may be denied if an item has been used or returned in a different condition than purchased, including smoke or pet odors or use for a special occasion or trip (such as a turkey fryer used for Thanksgiving or luggage used for travel).

The C.R.A.P. Store reserves the right to deny any return when necessary. Our goal is to provide a great customer experience while protecting our small business from return misuse.
